Reforming Our Justice System

Carla DiMare Social justice lawyer, civil litigator and philanthropist.

Rebellion taking place in our country goes beyond Freddie Gray, Michael Brown and Trayvon Martin. Our justice system is broken not just for people of color. It is failing all of us. Preserving public respect for our courts is essential to a peaceful democratic society. Spreading unrest in our country shows we have reached the point where we must reform the courts. Beyond the sad state of our economy and global terrorism, there may be little more of importance to the fate of the United States than preserving the rule of law.

The fuckers are not immune to the bullets coming out of our guns – kill them all and let God sort it out.

SCOTUS Cannot make laws, their job is to interpret the Constitution. Everything rotten will fall and they will fall more distant than their rise! These are the demonic people that the Locusts will torment. They are also the ones spoken of in the Book of Revelation, looking for a place to hide and asking the mountains to cover them.

Is Judicial Immunity abused, just as Mike Nyfong abused prosecutorial immunity? Is a change needed, perhaps legislative solutions?

Wow! That is strongly worded. But, I think the idea of a feedback system might be worthy of consideration. If you have non-judicial members of the committee, they might at least need access to judges who can explain why a particular judge may have acted some particular way in a given situation. This would be similar to what judges do themselves (or so I have heard): calling upon subject matter experts to inform the court on matters that the judges may not understand themselves. A question does arise as to (1) how much (and what kind of) power would such a review committee have and (2) how would you prevent THAT committee from being corrupted (since corruption is one of the issues here)?

Now, more than ever, what you say is important. Some would use technology to enslave us. That is inherently evil, and wrong. The price of Liberty is Vigilance.

We The People Power have the empowerment which is The Constitution and its Christian principles. Canon laws (Christian) are to be followed as indicated in the Judicial Code of Conduct! There are too many outrageous, sinister judicial acts being imposed on Americans (as shown in noted links below the article).
